Kate has been working as a qualified fitness professional since 2003, and is an internationally certified STOTT PILATES instructor to advanced level in Matwork and Equipment. Kate Specializes in Womens Wellnes (pre/post natal, pelvic dysfunction, menapause, osteoporosis, breast cancer) and Athletic conditioning. She has worked in every type of environment from teaching Pilates on the beach in Greece, Sports Massage in the French Alps, to working in a five star spar environment as well as personal training and teaching Pilates on a private luxury yacht.
