I am highly experienced as a Pilates instructor & fully qualified in multiple disciplines having instructed for the last 30 years. I am committed to helping clients improve the quality of their life & specialise in back and joint pain as well as lifting performance for dancers and athletes. I teach from beginner to advanced levels both classes and one to one sessions.
