Core conditioning classes are for people with a good knowledge of Stott pilates. It is for the client who is wishing to push themselves. Small class 3-4 people max. It's like individual tuition. The pace is fast but form must be kept to ensure the exercise is performed correctly. Please contact me for further details.

As a qualified nurse and radiographer together with my interest in fitness and well-being I studied and qualified as a Stott pilates mat and reformer instructor. My medical background and my interests led me to complete the injuries and special populations course. This focuses on rehabilitation and various medical conditions. I also have completed pre and post-natal mat work & stability ball. The core athletic conditioning and performance training I completed focuses on the fitter client wishing to stretch themselves with high impact pilates.
