Strong core moves using mat pilates and also incorporating rollers and swiss ball to add increased balance and deep core challenge. Not suitable for beginners or people with back/joint problems. Suitable for fitness enthusiasts with or without previous pilates experience.

I have been practising Yoga and Pilates for over 40 years and teaching mind/body fitness for over 20 years. I am qualified in both Yoga (Hatha and Power yoga) Pilates and also have GP Referral and Advanced Fitness and Personal Trainer qualifications supported by my BSc(Hons) in Medical Science. My training and experience have given me the skills to work with a range of clients from beginners through to professional athletes. I specialise in working with people with mild to moderate medical conditions which affect their exercise capability.
