Chair Pilates ideal for anyone with limited mobility with a strong focus on building core strength, Posture and Balance

I have been teaching Pilates for ten years and have clients who have been coming to my classes since the very beginning. I started Pilates classes to help myself deal with my own debilitating health issues and chronic pain. As I felt the benefits of Pilates take effect I decided to follow through with a teaching certificate in Pilates so I could help other people realise the potential of this form of exercise which is a good form of all round body conditioning. It can help with posture and balance, strengthen core muscles, lengthen strengthen and make your muscles more flexible, and improve breathing which can help to reduce stress and tension.
My classes are relaxed and have a friendly atmosphere and all Exercises are tailored to suit individual needs where needed.
