Hi, I became a Pilates Instructor after practicing Pilates for several years and realising that it was the one form of exercise that I never tired of. Each class kept my interest due to the concentration needed and the constant learning about the body and my own strengths and limitations. I saw incredible results in strength and flexibility and particularly tone and posture. I strive to achieve the same passion and results in my clients, concentrating on correcting bad postural habits and achieving an overall sense of well-being in both body and mind. PLAY PILATES' philosophy is centred around PLAY, making exercising FUN, VARIED and CHALLENGING.
