The Studio offers a variety of Pilates classes taught by well qualified teachers in a newly-converted studio on Epping's busy High Street.
The Studio perfectly complements the Underwood Chiropractic Clinic which shares the facility as Pilates and Chiropractic both strive to improve core strength, body balance and posture.
