I discovered Pilates 8 years ago after having my first child and wanting to improve my body shape post pregnancy.
Since then I have been taken on a voyage of discovery! Pilates has changed me both physically and mentally. It has given me strength, flexibility, Poise and a sense of wellbeing.
Pilates is the least invasive way to change to your body shape by targeting the deep postural muscles. Pilates rebalances, rehibilitates, strengthens, and releases giving you a longer and leaner body shape.
I am a Body Control Trained Matwork teacher at Beginner through to Advanced level. I work with ladies throughout pregnacy and after birth. I am Reformer 1 and Cadillac 1 qualified.
