My interest in Pilates began many years ago when a GP recommended I try it to alleviate lower back pain that I suffered during pregnancy.
I trained with the Body Control Pilates Association in London and qualified as a Level 3 Matwork Teacher in July 2011.
Recently I have qualified to teach Reformer Pilates and am now able to offer this on a 1:1 basis.
