This class focusses on teaching you the principals of Pilates and good posture and will build stability, strength and flexibilty into your body, helping to improve the way you look and feel, help to manage and prevent back pain, and improve performance in daily life and sport. Levels of difficulty will be offered within the beginner to imrover class so that you can work to your own level and individual attention given so that you are performing the right exercises for your body. I specialise in the management and prevention of lower back pain, post natal and anti natal and exercise in aging.
