Debbie Bishop organise Pilates sessions at Croxley Wellness Centre.
Debbie is a Sports Physio and trained with the Australian Institute of Pilates & Physiopherapy, she also ran Pilates teacher training courses at West Herts College.
Her aim is to offer a service that is professional yet has a personal approach.
Class fees are £40.00 for a 6 week block or £8.00 per session.
