WHY DO PILATES WITH LIZZIE?
Because Lizzie absolutely LOVES Pilates, and it is her joy and passion to share the benefits with you.
Pilates may sound intimidating, but it is a very accessible and adaptable way to build your core strength, learn to engage your pelvic floor, improve joint stability, increase flexibility and enhance your posture.
It is simply a great all rounder!
Lizzie believes learning about your own body, ways to improve your own movement, and feel your strength increase is fun - and she endeavours to make your Pilates sessions as enjoyable as they are beneficial.
When you start on your Pilates journey with Lizzie, you will discuss with her your long term goals, then create short-term goals to get you there in manageable steps. This means that each session is tailored to YOU.
Lizzie uses her Soft Tissue Therapy knowledge to be more specific with her choice of exercises for your particular body and issues. Her dance background ensures the sessions feel great and has confident hands-on correction. And she uses her understanding of meditation to guide you with imagery and breath throughout.
