Beginner/Introductory Level Pilates

A class pitched at the introductory level to help you understand the fundamentals and principles of pilates. This course uses props such as balls and bands to help you understand these core essentials, understand the feedback your body is giving you then explore what your body can do when you are able to manage it effectively. I look forward to going on this journey with you.... Friendly class full of functional and traditional pilates exercises to improve your posture and mobility, strengthen your core and develop relaxation techniques.
