In our beginner/intermediate class we take experienced beginners and work with them to enhance their practice. This is a dynamic class and mixes both classical and contemporary pilates, that will leave you feeling that you have had a work out and your body will start to show the results!

At The Yoga Collaboration we hold Pilates courses and classes.
Our 4 week Intro to Pilates course is held on a Tuesday 10 - 11am
On a Thursday 10 - 11am we hold Beginners/Intermediate pilates.
From mid June we will also be holding pre & post ante natal pilates courses/classes
