Beginner Pilates Course

Kick start your Friday morning with a full body work out without even stepping foot in the gym!
A class designed to improve your strength, flexibility and posture through slow and controlled exercises. It's also great for creating those long, lean, toned muscles! It is a low impact class where you are encouraged to work at your own pace. You can use the class to relax and unwind or if you like a challenge, once you have learnt the basics and with our instructors guidance, you can take the exercises to the next level and achieve those abs of steel. After the class you will feel refreshed, relaxed and most probably taller after all of the stretching!
