Galina Bell has been involved in teaching exercise and Pilates for the last 14 years. She is a qualified Osteopath, Pilates practitioner and mentor for the rehabilitation courses for Polestar Pilates UK. Her main areas of interest are women's health and rehabilitation with Pilates. In practice she is an Osteopath and Pilates therapist using Pilates as part of the ongoing maintenence of her patients.
