Welcome to Ultimate Pilates. Our classes are led by a teacher with over 25 years of experience and designed for anyone who is moving beyond mid life.Our moto is Age Boldy,Move Confidently as aging should never be something to be feared. The classes work on restoring movement to stiff hips,getting you a fully functional core,giving you supple shoulders that ease neck tension and looking at the relationship of the feet to the whole body.If you’ve noticed that you dont move as freely and easily as you used to and want to get back to what you had or better than come and join us. We are a supportive group who like to have fun while we workout .We welcome everyone but you must be able to get to the floor and up unaided to participate fully.The classes include both standing work as thats functional for life and some floor work for alignment. If you want to learn how your body works,what’s gone into retirement and how to get it back out and moving then we are the Pilates class you’ve been looking for
