This class is for those wanting to improve their core strength, flexibility, balance and control. The class caters for a mix in abilities with varying exercise adaptations to create a routine that targets individual needs or weaknesses. One to one sessions with full assessments are always offered prior to your first class, most suitable for those who have been advised to take up Pilates from their Health Care Professional.

Liz graduated from Reading University in 2003 with a 2.1 in Sports Leadership and went on to train as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2007 and qualified as an instructor in Modified Pilates for Rehabilitation with the Australian Institute of Physiotherapy & Pilates. Liz has gone on to work at Droitwich Private Hospital, Worcester Warriors Rugby Club and with both regional and International teams; she has a sound understanding of sports training having represented England at a junior level herself.
