This is a Physiotherapist-led antenatal Pilates class suitable for all pregnant ladies from the second trimester right through until borth. The class looks at various aspects of the body that change and need support during pregnancy, labour and afterwards. Exercises are performed in positions that are best when pregnant and advice is given on coping with your changing body. No previous experience of Pilates or exercise is necessary

We offer Pilates classes to people of all abilities and as Physiotherapists too, we are particularly specialised in working with people recovering from injury and surgery or with ongoing health problems.
Our beginners classes are suitable for all abilities, but especially those recovering from an episode of injury or with ongoing health problems. Wealso offer intermediate classes for those who wish to push their body a little harder and already have reasonable core stability, strength and balance.
From January 2019, we are starting antenatal Pilates classes to support your pregnancy, prepare your body for labour and aid recovery afterwards. No experience is necessary!
Our classes are limited to 10 people so that we can ensure people are undertaking exercises effectively and safely.
