Antenatal Pilates classes run by a Chartered Physiotherapist, meaning I can modify the exercises to suit your needs as your pregnancy progresses. During the class, you will work your way through a variety if exercises focussing on gentle strengthening, body awareness and flexibility.

I'm Mel, and I teach the Pro Pilates classes. I am also a senior physiotherapist who has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and I am registered with the Health Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
I have a wealth of experience in treating a variety of conditions, including back pain, sports injuries and post operative rehab.
I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. I can therefore utilise my in depth knowledge base on how the body functions in injury and in health, to modify the exercises to suit your individual needs.
