Matwork classes are taught in groups of 10, this allows the instructor to correct and help each individual with their alignment. Each class is mixed ability; the exercises are adapted to suit the individual’s needs.
The exercises are performed in various positions from lying on your back, standing, side lying, sitting or four point kneeling. Each position challenging your strength and stability while increasing your mobility. Small pieces of equipment are used in the classes, stretch bands, weights, overballs, fit balls or foam rollers..
