Student Teacher for Body Control since 2002.
Initially Trained as a Dancer at The Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts.
Set up and Ran a Sucessful Dance School and worked as a personnel training for many years prior to my introduction to Pilates.
ITEC Qualified Masseuse.
Having grown up with a mother who teaches Yoga, I have a very Holistic approach to my Teaching.
Having had numerous injuries, I have a very empathetic understanding of any muscular or skeletal problems.
