I am a fully qualified Pilates Instructor with the APPI method and I am passionate about helping people move better. Having worked as a Physiotherapist for over 20 years, I bring my skills in analysing movement, my knowledge of pathology and exercise prescription to choose Pilates exercises for my clients. I have found Pilates to be an excellent form of exercise for men and women of all ages.

I love to learn something new every day and Physiotherapy has been a great profession for that. I have done numerous courses and workshops in Pilates including: Pilates for scoliosis, for Healthy Bones, Ante and Post-natal Pilates, 3D Standing Pilates, Advanced Matwork and more recently completed my Reformer training with FITT.
On a personal note, practising Pilates regularly has helped me overcome the pelvic pain and dysfunction I had following my two pregnancies and Caesareans. Whether it’s achieving balance on a horse or the core strength for water sports or giving me good form in the gym, I know Pilates has enriched my life.
