Highly qualified, 18 years experience, advanced NVQ level 4 Pilates and exercise instructor specialising in pregnancy, postnatal, women's health and exercise for the management of low back pain. Small groups and One to One tuition. Exercise in the outdoor environment, weight management, exercise for the elderly, Nordic Walking and Indoor Rowing (Concept 2 qualified).
