Pip's Pilates Mobile Instructor

My interest in Pilates stems back to my career as a West End dancer.
From the moment i took my first steps i began training at my Mums dance and theatre school.
I went on to perform in numerous West End shows.
Pilates entered my life after a series of repetitive strain injuries. It amazed me how my body gained so much strength and mobility and at the same time i became more mentally focused too.
I'm now a Balanced Body Mat Instructor who loves working individuals to gain their optimum body potential.
I cator to all client's needs with a great understanding of their goal's while working with any mental blockage's along the way.
