This is a drop in class covering one of Pilates main principles , Lateral Breathing.
Suitable for beginners/intermediates wanting to gain a better understanding of this principle.
I will be teaching some of the basic exercises and help you to understand the link between breath and movement.
Lateral breathing is a technique used in Pilates to combat stress and offer your spine optimum support.

I am a level 3 CYQ qualified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching in the fitness industry. I am qualified to teach contemporary and modern Pilates.
Both my children suffer from back problems so I have a lot of experience in corrective exercise and have seen the benefit of pilates exercises and the positive effects they have had on them.
My mat Pilates classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate level.
Private sessions available and include postural assessment with corrective exercise prescription.
I am passionate about Pilates and believe it can benefit everyone.
