Live streamed mixed level Pilates via Zoom.
This energising mat class is designed to get you moving in all planes of movement to enhance your mobility and strength. I use classical Pilates exercises and everyday functional moves to rebalance your body, leaving you feeling strengthened, lengthened and more positive both mentally and physically. You will learn about your alignment, improve your muscle tone and balance, increase joint mobility and release tension.
This is a class for a wide range of abilities and skills. Modifications and progressions will be offered, and you will be encouraged to become your own teacher so you can adapt any exercise to suit how you feel on the day. Clients should be able to get up and down from the floor.

I trained as a Pilates Instructor in 2010 and qualified with a CYQ Level 3 Pilates Matwork Diploma with the Pilates Institute. I completed my Level 3 Award in Designing Pre and Post Natal Exercise Programmes with JPilates and Active IQ in 2012 and Teaching Pilates to Children qualification in 2020.
I teach my own matwork, small equipment classes in Woking and Guildford as well as Pre and Post Natal and Restorative Flow classes in Woking. I also teach via Zoom in my online studio.
