This is a fairly small class aimed at complete beginners or people who have done a bit of Pilates before. Alternatively you may simply prefer the later time - you will still get a work out even if you're not a beginner! We can adapt the class if you have injuries or back problems.
Classes are £9 each and cheaper with a pre pay card: £40 for 5 sessions. . However, why get our discount first ever Pre Pay card at just £30 for 5 classes!
