A mat based class incorporating a functional strength component into the Pilates class using the TRX training system to maintain an optimal balance and synergy between one's core stability, muscular firing patterns and functional strength. This will ensure proper core activation in a more functional way while maintaining muscle length and strength. Classes are kept to a maximum of 6 people to ensure correct activation and technique is performed throughout the class.
