Angela Goodfellow founded and still teaches as a master trainer for Inner Body Pilates. With a Masters degree in Exercise and Health Behaviour and numerous Pilates trainings behind her, she is your ideal expert to begin or continue your Pilates experience.

Boutique Pilates private and semi private lessons are available in a picturesque location in Leigh on Sea we offer Pilates on the Swiss ball, Pilates Arc Barrel and Pilates Foam Roller courses all year round. We also have Reformer classes for one-to one or two-to-one privately at the same venue, in a fisherman's cottage in Old Leigh.
