I qualified in 2004 with a Bsc (hons) Sports Therapy degree. With a particular interest in back pain and whilst working in a Physio-led back pain clinic, I decided to train in Pilates. My initial training was in the STOTT method but since then, with influences from Modern Pilates and APPI, my classes are taught with a Clinical Pilates approach.
Classes are suitable for all abilities and are beneficial for those with back pain or individuals recovering from injury.
