A matwork class, suitable for all ages and abilities. The exercises are designed to target the deep postural muscles, alleviating imbalances within the body, releasing tension at the same time as building strength. My lessons are adapted to each individuals ability, enabling everyone to work at their own pace. All exercises in the Body Control Matwork series can be made 'more' or 'less' challenging according to needs of the class. My classes aim to make you feel stronger, leaner and relaxed and you will feel the benefits within one session. Come along and try it in a calm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

I am a qualified Body Control Matwork Teacher, teaching in the East Yorkshire Villages. I am passionate about Pilates and the benefit it brings to all who attend my classes.
