During these classes the classical Pilates exercises will be modified to make a safe, effective and enjoyable form of exercise for your whole pregnancy.
Classes will focus on strengthening the muscles that are weakened during your pregnancy and maintaining your fitness throughout your pregnancy.
Pilates can help to prepare your body for the demands of child birth and to get you back into shape afterwards.

Hazel Hussey has a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy and now offers a contemporary programme of Pilates classes as a level 3 STOTT Pilates instructor.
Her refreshingly positive approach to the original exercise method has proved ever popular with her fast growing number of clients. Hazel runs friendly, mixed ability classes where everyone is welcome regardless of age, fitness level or previous Pilates experience.
