This class is tailored specifically to help you build strength and stamina during pregnancy, to learn how to move mindfully and prepare your body and mind for birth. Pregnancy Pilates is suitable for second and third trimesters. All mats and small equipment are provided.

Hello and welcome to ReFrame Pilates with Holly Spence. I am passionate about health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. My sessions and classes are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to connect to your body and move in a way that makes you feel good. I trained with the prestigious Body Control Pilates in London and am fully certified to teach mat as well as all equipment (including Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel) and have extensive experience in pre and postnatal pilates. I teach weekly group classes in Herne Hill, Brixton, Dulwich & The City. I am also available for private and semi-private sessions - an excellent way to deepen your understanding of pilates, help achieve fitness goals or assist in rehabilitation. Pilates is a body-conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles; it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Regular practise will improve your posture, increase your strength and flexibility, as well as help reduce stress and tension. Pilates can be tailored to suit all levels and bodies and is an excellent way to complement sports training, promote recovery from an injury and develop functional fitness for your daily life.
