An intermediate to advanced, energising and flowing class that will work your whole body. This class combines mat Pilates along with exercises such as squats, lunges and press ups. Different options will be given to suit both intermediate and advanced clients. This class is will strengthen, tone and tighten the entire body.

At Essence Garden Studio I offer Pilates, Barre Pilates and Guided Meditation in a small garden studio setting, with class numbers limited to 4 participants per class to ensure that I can give you the attention you need.
I believe that movement is vital to wellbeing and pride myself in making sure that I offer classes suitable for various abilities from my Gentle Flow Pilates for those looking for a gentle movement class, my Guided Relaxation class which is fabulous for people with busy minds who find it hard to turn off to our my more dynamic classes like Pilates Barre and Power Pilates for those wanting a slightly more challenging workout.
I am passionate about movement and mindfulness and would love to share my passion with you in one of my classes.
