I offer a range of services for postnatal Pilates including group classes and private tuition.

Hi. I'm Gina. I run Be:Poised Pilates (formerly Precision Poise). Be:Poised Pilates offers in studio and online teaching.
I offer Pilates mat and apparatus classes. I teach clients of all levels and with differing needs. I particularly specialise in women's wellness, including pregnancy, postnatal and beyond.
From Spring 2024 our studio will be based in Lavant, in the stunning West Sussex countryside. I will be running group mat classes, group apparatus class and private 1:1 & duet sessions from the studio.
Until then my group mat classes are continuing to run in Fishbourne, with private apparatus sessions available in my Fishbourne based garden studio
