CYQ Level 3 Mat Pilates qualified. I have been teaching Pilates for 11 years (qualified to teach group exercise classes for 19 years) and feel very passionate about this wonderful form of exercise. I run my own private group classes and teach on a one to one basis. I love what I do and enjoy reaching out to people whatever level of fitness. I believe in a flexible approach to my teaching and will give plenty of alternatives to ensure my clients work to their own ability and enjoy their exercise because it is achievable. I like to challenge students when they are ready and I keep the classes interesting and relevant. We use equipment i.e. pilates soft & weighted balls, pilates rings and flexi bands to vary the workouts. All equipment is provided. Please come along and discover the wonders of Pilates for yourself! I am also qualified to teach ante natal and post natal pilates & I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
