I teach small, friendly Pilates classes at my own dedicated Studio at Evegate Business Village near Ashford in Kent. I am qualified to Level 3 to teach matwork classes and to Level 4 to work specifically with those clients suffering with lower back pain. I run a full schedule of classes for all abilities, offering group matwork classes and private and shared lessons on the Pilates equipment.
