The Studio Class is in the bright, modern Pilates Equipment space. The Pilates Gym provides access to the Pilates Machines, the original form of Pilates, which have previously only been available to use in individual sessions. It allows men and women to:
• take control for themselves
• build regular practice in to their routine
• reduce studio costs by sharing the space (max 4 per class)
• receive guidance from a specialist teacher
With a small number of individual sessions before you get started, you will ensure that you get the most out of this class.
