Beginner to Intermediate Pilates principles on the physioball. We will work on balance, pelvic stability and mobility, core strength, and spinal flexibility.

I have been practicing as a Physical therapist since 2000, Pilates mat instructor since 2002, and Apparatus Instructor since 2010. I am a manual therapist and thrive on untangling the body's movement dysfunctions and realigning joints through a combination of manual techniques and Pilates. I enjoy working with all populations especially the Mommy n Me, prenatal, and preschool groups.
