Over the course we will focus on enhancing postural alignment, strength, mobility and flexibility, as well as a wonderful sense of calm and wellbeing. Courses are well structured and tailored, so that everyone can work at their own pace. Courses are held half termly, throughout the year.

My passion for Pilates began many years ago as a natural complement to dance & it soon became an important & essential way of life for me. Pilates continued to be invaluable throughout my pregnancies & post-natally. The results inspired me to teach & help others experience the same wonderful sense of wellbeing, postural alignment & improvement in health & wellness. I am Level 3 Qualified in Teaching Matwork Pilates, Pre & Post Natal Pilates & certified to teach the Studio Equipment Repertoire (The Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels & the Wunda Chair) & Small Equipment. I am fully registered & insured with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) & have been teaching a range of Pilates courses & private tuition sessions in & around Chelsfield, Orpington & Pratts Bottom for over a decade.
