StarLight Pilates is a small and friendly pilates studio based in Milton Keynes.
StarLight Pilates offers a variety of classes to suit all levels and needs. We can cater for absolute beginners - and challenge people who are experienced or already very fit. We often have people come to us who are rehabilitating from injury or looking to change their lifestyle.
Our class sizes are very small, so when you train with us, your experience is personal. You are far more likely to benefit from our classes. This constrasts to the "pack 'em in" experience which is typical of other studios or gyms, where their class sizes will often be 2 to 4 times larger.
Our studio is fully equipped with Stott Pilates equipment (generally regarded in the industry as one of the best quality equipment manufacturers) and all the small equipment you could want ... from foam rollers to spiky balls.
