Class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before and have an understanding of Alignment, Breathing, Core & Technique.
For those who are new to Pilates please ask about an Intro to Pilates for Beginners session.

I run 14 Pilates classes per week in the Farnham, Milford, Beacon Hill, Elstead, Grayshott, Bramley & Beacon Hill areas of Surrey. And one Keep-fit for over 60's class in Bramley village.
