Group classes in the mornings at St Andrew’s Church Hall in Hampstead (corner of Finchley Road and Frognal Lane).
Evening and weekend classes at the Cumberland Tennis Club in West Hampstead (25 Alvanley Gardens).
Also available for one-to-one sessions and small group sessions in your own home. Please contact Sabine for further details.
Sabine trained with the Pilates Institute in London and is a REPS Certified Level 3 Pilates teacher.
