I am a former professional dancer with English National Ballet.
I trained with 'Body Control Pilates' in London gaining my Level 3 Qualification. I have 'first- hand' knowledge of low back pain and take a special interest in those clients with stiffnes or pain in the lumbar region.

REPS (The Register of Exercise Professionals) The Body Control Pilates Association.
Classes suitable for beginners / improvers.
