This programme adapts to your needs in the privacy of your own home in the park or in your place at work.
In this programme you will strengthen muscles by exercising in a form of dynamic stabilisation and retraining the body from the central core (deep abdominal muscles).
The benefits are: strength, flexibility, core strength, toned muscles from the inside out, injury prevention, a boosted immunity system and improved mobility and co-ordination.
It will also help you to combat stress and anxiety; making you feel more balanced and connected with your body and confident with yourself.
Individual or Group Sessions
Also if you do not have a space I can rent a studio for you and you can invite your friends or relatives in this case the class will have a group dynamic but you will still get a personal consultation and the exercise will be adapted to every member as necessary in the class. Fees for classes subject to negotiation depending on numbers and venue.

I am a qualified mat Pilates instructor and I have practised therapies, exercise and movement related
arts, including dance, yoga, martial arts, movement and physical theatre, for more than 20 years.
I have 8 years of experience in assisting learners (dancers and actors in theatre companies in Chile Buenos Aires and Brazil)
