PERSONAL PILATES - One to One - or with a Friend/Partner (5-week course)
Working at your Home, at your pace and at your convenience. This course is designed to teach the Basic Principles of Pilates, while strengthening the Core muscles deep in your Abdomen, back and joint attachments. Reinforcing these muscles helps to increase joint mobility, improving flexibility, posture, balance and coordination. It will teach you to breathe more efficiently, aiding relaxation and relieving muscle tension, backache and stress. Personalised training is a more efficient and effective method of understanding and applying the Basic Principles of Pilates to exercise and everyday activities.
The course focuses on individual requirements. Whether you are recovering post-rehabilitation from injury; getting back into condition after pregnancy; coping with a condition that slows you down, or would like some personal attention while improving your overall strength and agility.

Debbie is qualified STOTT Certified Instructor. Teaching Pilates exclusively, in the Havering area and providing private instruction for clients, male and female, who want to focus on individual needs, or require assistance with post-rehabilitation from injury. Debbie also runs small group classes at all levels in Hornchurch and Harold Wood.
