Pilates is great for over all body conditioning and strengthening – it is gentle, but will still work your body! These classes help restore the pelvic floor and core strength, bring awareness to the body, reduce aches and pains, and help you de-stress and relax. All whilst you spend some fun time with baby! Whilst you exercise, your baby can be next to you on the mat or in their car seat or whatever suits you both.

Restore Pilates is run by Lara: a certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping clients improve their flexibility, fitness and posture. She delivers classes and one-to-one sessions with carefully structured and controlled movements for whole body and core strength, coordination and improved performance in daily activities and sports. Lara's sessions are for everyone - whether looking to recover from or prevent injury, build strength, increase flexibility, or tone up!
