This group class utilizes the Reformer, a specially designed spring resistance- base piece of equipment to develop a strong and supple core. You will be challenged you to connect to that core strength and then to move from it. It is a fun challenging full body workout that improves posture flexibility, strength and balance.
Instructor permission is required - maximum 4 students per class
