Hi

I have been in the Health & Fitness Industry since 1997 and more recently specialising in Pilates in 2012. I am Level 3 qualified in Matwork Pilates, Pilates and Common Orthopaedic Conditions, and also Pre and Post Natal Pilates

Over the years teaching both men and women, Back Pain is probably the most common condition, that people come to Pilates for. GPs, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors are regularly recommending people to do Pilates to help reduce their back pain (its a cheaper option too) - It works!!!
